The METEOR DP 30/60 ® :

Is a new innovation in the world of short & medium-sized run digital printing on a wide variety of paper from thin bond to heavy cover such as Bristol paper, Mat or Glossy paper, Linen or textured paper, Chromolux paper up to 300 gsm and synthetic materials such as Standard PVC, Teslin® SP, Lexan®, Polyester media up to 320 microns and produce 15000 PlasticCards per hour.

Plastic - PlastiCard ®

MGI Plastic Card is an innovation in the world of small & medium-sized run digital printing on synthetic materials such as PVC, Polyester, P.E.T®, Polycarbonates, Lexan®, Teslin® SPid etc. It opens the door to super format printing on 13” x 19” sheets, allowing 21 to 24-up ISO format cards (credit card/CR80) per sheet. The PlastiCard allows you to print on synthetic substrates from .4 mil to .13 mil (thickness is obtain through lamination to achieve a .30 mil card or 750 microns). It is Pantone certified, its Print Station Manager® includes an MGI (Harlequin based) RIP and a color calibration station.

MGI Automatic Multi Function finishing Station :-

The MGI Multi Function Finishing Station is the first in the industry to perform so many simultaneous operations. MGI's new off line Multi-Function Finishing Station with a super paper format (13" x 19" or 330 mm x 492 mm). It can do simultaneously automatic multiple horizontal cutting, multiple vertical double slitting, multiple vertical perforating and scoring and multiple horizontal creasing all in one single pass .

The Multifunction Finishing Station comes with a high capacity stacker (approximately up to 1,200 sheets). It can do vertical pressure Slitting and Scoring with interchangeable finishing tools, manual position and adjustment of the tools, transversal cutting after computer controlled pattern validation , precision of slitting and cross cutting. How about 1,000 business cards trimmed to size within ± 12 minutes (24 cards up), and simple or double crease for your leaflets and folders, full-bleed fliers, booklets, book covers, greeting cards, posters, booklets, brochures, raffle tickets and much more.

Plastic Card Finishing & Converting :-

The New PunchCard Pro is a new revolutionary approach to converting & finishing Plastic Card for the Short Run & On-Demand market

The new PunchCard Pro ® is an industrial production unit dedicated to converting and finishing plastic cards. The PunchCard Pro ® allows simultaneous two-side lamination of the card (thickness of the lamination films: 100/175/250 microns or 4/7/10 mils). As well as die cut (high precision) with rounded corners in ISO (85.5x54 mm) format with a final thickness of ± 100 or 4 mils to 800 microns or 32 mils for a production speed of over ±600 cards/hour.

Is equipped with a Print Station Manager ® that includes a Pantone certified FIERY RIP

The METEOR DP 30/60 ® manages ICC profiles & is enhanced by an automated colorimetric calibration software program that includes a spectrophotometer & a liberalization system that manages consumables to ensure the highest quality color matching. The HPS (high fidelity) raster generator allows you to modify the shape of dots and raster angles.

Plastic Card Finishing & Converting : -

PressCard Pro ® is an industrial production unit dedicated to the lamination of plastic substrates (PVC, Polycorbonate, etc.). The unique technology integrated in PressCard includes indicidual heating, cooling and pressure control circuits for the manufacture of Plastic Cards (ISO CR-80) from 100 microns up to 850 microns or 0.12 mils up to 0.32 mils, POP, Labels, Signage, etc. This compact and professional hot lamination press operates with a fast cycle. For example, it can produce from 960 to 1.500 Plastic Cards per hour (depending on the thickness) and is fully automated.
